About the Role



The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, managing office resources, and supporting management to maintain a productive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities Office Administration



Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement. Manage office layout, cleanliness, and maintenance requirements. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.

Administrative Support



Provide administrative assistance to senior management when required. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and calendars. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

Team Coordination



Assist HR with onboarding procedures, employee records, and office orientations. Support internal communication and ensure timely dissemination of information. Help plan office events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Financial & Compliance



Oversee petty cash, expense tracking, and basic budgeting for office expenses. Manage vendor invoices and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments. Ensure company policies, safety protocols, and legal compliance are followed.

Operational Efficiency



Develop and implement office procedures to improve productivity. Identify gaps in workflow and propose effective solutions. Ensure IT and office infrastructure run smoothly by coordinating with support teams.

Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 5-7 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.

Skills



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT knowledge. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
