Office Manager
to ensure smooth daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will manage cleanliness, logistics, office rituals, and provide full operational support to ensure efficiency in the workplace.
Handle daily opening and closing of the office.
Manage Altar Seva and maintain cleanliness.
Monitor daily cleaning and ensure the workspace stays organized.
Logistics & Inventory
Ship parcels and coordinate with courier services.
Maintain office items, equipment, and supplies properly.
Handle service appointments such as repairs or maintenance tasks.
Communication
Answer office calls promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with team members and support internal requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of office management/administration experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage both physical and administrative tasks.
Responsible and disciplined work ethic.
Salary & Benefits - 15000-20000/month
Work Schedule
Monday-Saturday -- 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST)
