Job Summary:



The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of daily office operations. This role ensures efficient coordination between departments, manages administrative activities, supports HR and finance functions, and maintains a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative & Operations Management



Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination (e.g., housekeeping, printing, courier, stationery, etc.). Ensure all office equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are in proper working condition. Handle procurement of office essentials within approved budgets.

Team Coordination & HR Support



Maintain employee attendance and leave records. Support HR in onboarding, documentation, and communication with staff. Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and events. Ensure office discipline, hygiene, and professional work culture.

Finance & Record Keeping



Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and monthly office expenditure reports. Liaise with accounts team for bill submissions, vendor payments, and reimbursements. Maintain records of contracts, service agreements, and renewals.

Scheduling & Communication



Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Safety



Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor laws. Maintain proper documentation for audits or inspections. Supervise housekeeping and overall office cleanliness.

Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in office administration or operations role. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision. Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
