We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Manager to supervise and streamline day-to-day operations within our recruitment office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a managerial job role.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with recruitment staffs and support teams to ensure seamless workflow and alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure smooth coordination of candidate departures to overseas destinations, providing guidance on travel, documentation, and final formalities.
Serve as the primary contact for resolving issues faced by deployed candidates after joining their overseas roles.
Handle and resolve client and candidate-related issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience as a team lead or managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Malayalam and English proficiency required
Strong leadership qualities with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
