We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to handle daily office operations, support management, and ensure a smooth and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
Supervise administrative/support staff
Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and housekeeping
Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling
Assist with basic HR support (attendance, onboarding, coordination)
Monitor petty cash, invoices, and office expenses
Organize meetings, travel, and internal communication
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or office management
Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
