Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. You will play a key role in managing administrative staff, coordinating office activities, and maintaining office facilities.

Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support. Coordinate office activities, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Maintain office facilities, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Oversee office supplies and inventory, managing budgets and procurement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide support to senior management on administrative matters.

Requirements:



3+ years of experience in office management or a related field. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
