Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Metro Rail project office including facilities, site offices, housekeeping, security, and utilities Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for office administration, logistics, travel, accommodation, and local arrangements Ensure maintenance of project records, agreements, statutory documents, and compliance with client and government requirements Act as the primary point of contact for project staff on administrative and office-related matters, supporting onboarding and mobilization Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for invoice processing, budgeting, cost control, and vendor payments Support Project Director and senior leadership with administrative coordination, reporting, and smooth functioning of the project office


Graduate in relevant field At least 6 years of Professional Experience. * English knowledge is required; Knowledge of local language (Hindi) will add more value.
