We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and employees with a positive attitude.
Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with internal departments for meeting room bookings and facility needs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Support HR and Admin teams with onboarding and event coordination.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with standard working hours.
Requires interaction with employees, clients, and vendors.
