Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy

Office Manager to oversee office operations, support People & Culture initiatives, and ensure a seamless employee experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage a fast-paced technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams while maintaining a positive and professional workplace atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and secure work environment. Coordinate facility maintenance with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure workplace safety compliance, access control, and security processes are followed. Implement office policies, improvements, and process optimizations. Maintain digital records, dashboards, and trackers for facilities, inventory, and operations. Track, audit, and reconcile Office assets regularly to avoid discrepancies Ensure secure handling and accountability for office assets. Optimize procurement through strategic negotiation and cost savings Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Coordinate with HR/People teams to support engagement initiatives and communication. Assist in planning and executing internal events and employee engagement programs Monitor budgets, identify cost optimization opportunities, and prepare reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree (Preferably MBA)

2+ years of experience

in Office Administration, Facilities, HR Operations, or similar roles (preferably in IT/Tech companies). Strong written and verbal communication skills (

English mandatory

). Tech-savvy with proficiency in

MS Office

, and digital office tools. Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking capabilities. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships. Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.

The individual is expected to maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the prescribed business attire and strictly complying with all office conduct and dress code guidelines
