Office Manager
to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The candidate will manage office coordination, staff supervision, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily office activities and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage attendance, records, and general administrative tasks.
Supervise office staff, housekeeping, and coordinate with departments.
Handle vendor management, purchase of office supplies, and inventory control.
Maintain documents, files, and correspondence systematically.
Assist management in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a disciplined work environment.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to multitask and handle office operations independently.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in office administration or a managerial role.
