to oversee daily administrative and office operations at our recycling plant in Kannur. The role involves coordination with plant operations, HR, accounts, and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office and administrative operations at the plant
Coordinate with plant managers, supervisors, and head office teams
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation
Support payroll inputs, vendor bills, and expense tracking
Maintain office files, registers, and compliance-related documents
Handle communication with vendors, service providers, and local authorities
Ensure availability of office supplies and smooth facility management
Assist in audits, inspections, and reporting as required
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in office administration (industrial/plant experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR, accounts, and statutory documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication (Hindi) and coordination skills
