JOB OVERVIEW

Legion is currently looking for an energetic & proactive Office Manager to join our Team. You will be the heartbeat of our Bangalore office and the liaison, key contact to the US Headquarters office, external vendors and our India employees. .
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Manage the day-to-day operations - provide administrative, organizational and scheduling support.
  • Cooperating with IT Admin on asset management, assuring all new employees receive new laptops, swag, and any other needed items
  • Keeping incoming and outgoing correspondence and taking care of the proper circulation of documentation
  • Owning the employee experience by organizing meetings, social events, and other employee activities
  • Implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees and exiting employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with US-based HR team on performance management follow-up.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Work with US-based HR team on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and talent development activities.
  • Help the team get on with their day jobs by being proactive and anticipating needs and requests even before they are asked
  • Support recruiting hiring goals through efficient interview coordination and continuous scheduling for India candidates
  • Collaborate on special projects to drive efficiency and streamline processes
  • Work closely with the leadership team for providing seamless support
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-3 years of corporate experience with an international company
  • Understanding of basic business operations
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum bachelor\'s degree from a UGC/AICTE accredited university
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • An enthusiastic, open, and can-do attitude
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email applications
  • Skill in independently prioritizing, planning, coordinating, organizing, leading, and monitoring multiple interviews
  • Knowledge of different time zones across the globe - specially US, Europe & Asia
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs

  • Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven.
  • Knowledge and exposure to independently implementing and managing activities relating to engagement, retention, and office administration.

How We Determine What We Pay

As a fully remote employer, Legion determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate\'s region/town/cost of living. For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant\'s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
