Assisting with data entry and updating company databases. Preparing basic reports, presentations, and other documents. Communication & Reception: Answering and directing phone calls, taking accurate messages. Greeting visitors and directing them within the office. Responding to email and telephone inquiries professionally. Office Management: Managing office supplies and ensuring they are stocked. Booking cabs and couriers. Providing refreshments for meetings and guests. Maintaining office equipment, such as photocopiers and binding machines. Support for Other Staff: Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments. Providing cover for other team members during breaks. Collaborating with other departments and team members.
