Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Office Maintenance & Organization:



Maintain the cleanliness of floors, glass doors, windows, fans, and furniture. Keep meeting rooms, reception areas, and common spaces neat and organised. Ensure supply closets are well-arranged and presentable

2. Kitchen, Refreshment & Supply Management:



Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage utensils and supplies, and ensure the pantry is well-stocked and hygienic. Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and kitchen items

3. General Clerical Assistance:



Support administrative functions through filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents when required. Keep office files and records properly arranged and easily accessible.

3. Errands/Runner Duties:



Performing errands as required by the rest staff management, and delivering documents internally.

4. Visitor Assistance:



Greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting area.

5. Equipment Upkeep:



Ensuring office equipment (printers, photocopiers, and pantry) is stocked with paper and functioning correctly.

6. Staff Support:



Assist team members with administrative tasks and other general support activities as required.

Time of Duty: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
