Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Helper to provide backend support in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist various departments with clerical duties, maintain office supplies, and ensure smooth office functioning behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry tasks
Support document organization and archiving (physical and digital)
Handle internal mail distribution and documentation transfers
Maintain cleanliness and order in common office areas, including the pantry and storage
Assist in the preparation of office materials, reports, or presentations
Provide general support to admin, HR, finance, or logistics teams as needed
Monitor and restock office supplies and stationery
Coordinate with courier and delivery personnel for pickups and drop-offs
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and workspaces
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role is a plus
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Trustworthy, punctual, and proactive
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional physical activity (e.g., lifting files, organizing storage)
May require occasional overtime during busy periods
