Inputting raw data such as Invoice, Estimate, Purchase and etc into ERP Software and Excel.
Performing general administrative tasks such as scanning documents or filing invoices
Assisting walk-in customers and guiding them politely
Helping in managing stock and organizing shelves
Running minor errands or assisting in basic administrative tasks
Supporting other staff members with daily tasks
Requirements:
Minimum education: 12th Pass or equivalent
Speed typing and accuracy is crucial for efficient data entry
Computer proficiency: Must be comfortable using computer systems and databases, with experience in programs like Microsoft Excel being highly beneficial.
Organizational skills: Needed to maintain well-organized and easy-to-use filing systems.
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language)
Honest, punctual, and presentable
Customer-friendly attitude
