Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration and coordination
Draft and post basic content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Create simple social media posts using tools like
Canva
(templates-based)
Manage emails, documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Maintain office records, data entry, and filing
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal team members
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and basic reports
Support management in routine operational tasks
Required Qualifications
Graduate (any stream)
Good working knowledge of
computers
Comfortable with
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Internet
Basic knowledge of
social media platforms
Ability to create or edit simple creatives (Canva knowledge preferred)
Preferred Skills
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage
