We are looking for a responsible and well-organized
Office Executive
to manage daily administrative operations and support overall office functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination abilities, and prior experience in handling routine office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain records, files, documentation, and internal databases.
Handle phone calls, emails, and client/vendor communication.
Coordinate with different departments for operational support.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing office activities.
Monitor office supplies and manage inventory.
Support senior management in administrative tasks.
Handle basic follow-ups and maintain MIS/Excel reports (if required).
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3-4 years of proven experience as an Office Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
