Job responsibilities:

1. Checking emails / sending replies to clients as per instructions received from Sir.

2. Taking dictation from Sir and preparing letters, emails, and other documents accurately

3. Prepare Quotation, Performa Invoice, NDA

4. Keeping a track of all pending work/quotes/emails

5. Filing of all quotes & correspondence to be maintained upto date.

6. Follow-up and provide support on purchase / payment related matters

7. Follow-up with Sales / Purchase / Accounts team at Vasai as & when required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
