Office Executive
to manage daily office operations and support insurance-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with insurance policy documentation, coordinate with clients and insurance advisors, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office operations and administrative activities
Manage files, records, and documentation systematically
Assist in preparation and processing of insurance policy paperwork
Coordinate with clients, insurance advisors, and internal team members
Perform data entry, update records, and maintain databases accurately
Follow up on policy-related documentation, renewals, and client queries
Support the team in smooth execution of office and insurance-related processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to multitask and work independently
