We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Office Executive
who can manage daily office tasks, send emails, maintain Excel sheets, and assist in preparing and filing government tenders. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and comfortable working with computers and online portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the company.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
Assist in downloading, preparing, and filing government tenders.
Manage documentation related to tenders, bids, and company records.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required tender documents.
Maintain files (digital & physical) in an organized manner.
Follow up with government portals for tender updates.
Provide general administrative and back-office support.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of
Email communication
(Gmail/Outlook).
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(basic to intermediate level).
Ability to understand and follow tender instructions.
Basic computer skills and internet browsing.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail and time management.
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification:
Graduate / 12th pass with experience
Prior experience in
tender filing
(preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers with good computer skills can also apply.
