Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks or executive support
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Skills
Experience with office management software
Knowledge of basic accounting and HR procedures
Time management and problem-solving skills
