The Lead Generation / Telecaller Executive will be responsible for
outbound calling, identifying potential customers, and generating qualified leads
for the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, professional customer interaction, and consistent follow-up to support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided databases
Introduce company products and services in a professional and structured manner
Identify customer needs and generate qualified sales leads
Schedule meetings and appointments for field sales engineers
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls, emails, or messages
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
Maintain professionalism and ensure positive brand representation
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
Candidates with experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
Confident and persuasive telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
Ability to understand technical or industrial products (training will be provided)
Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated
Good listening and interpersonal skills
