Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and inquiries (spoken Hindi must)
Prepare quotations, emails, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team and dispatch department
Maintain customer records and daily office documentation
B2B Inquiries Handling
Requirements:
Must speak
Hindi and English fluently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
B2B Sales Experience will be prefered
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
