To provides administrative and secretarial support to the management. The role involves managing office operations, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other secretarial work.
Maintain office files, databases, and records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
Ensure smooth office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Support special projects as assigned by management.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Schedule, organize, and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with working knowledge of
Tally
.
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary (Freshers may also apply).
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of
AI tools and applications
.
Proficiency in
four languages
- English, Hindi, Assamese, and Bengali.
Must have
driving knowledge
(Two/Four Wheeler).
Preferred:
Married female candidate.
