We are looking for a

smart, trainable Office Executive

to support our organization in

documentation work, follow-ups, and coordination activities

.
This role mainly involves

preparing documents, handling emails, maintaining records, and following up on assigned tasks

.

The candidate

must have good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

and

should be comfortable working on a computer

.

Training will be provided

for job-specific work.

Roles & Responsibilities



Prepare and maintain

office documents, reports, and records

Read, understand, and respond to emails in

English

Follow up with internal teams and external parties through

email and phone

Maintain files, data, and documentation (soft & hard copies) Coordinate with different departments for information and updates Update trackers, lists, and basic reports using computer tools Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups

Skills & Requirements



Good knowledge of

English - spoken, read, and written

Comfortable using a

computer

(basic to good level) Familiarity with: MS Word MS Excel Email handling Good communication and follow-up skills Willingness to

learn new work and processes

Attention to detail and discipline in documentation

Education & Experience



Any graduation or diploma preferred Experience is

not mandatory

Freshers with good English and computer knowledge can apply
