Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive to manage administrative tasks with a primary focus on payment collection, follow-up, and maintaining customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling both clerical and financial responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle payment collection from clients/customers (cash, cheque, online transfers, etc.).
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of receivables, invoices, and collections.
Coordinate with the accounts team to update payment status.
Prepare and share collection reports with management.
Address client queries related to billing and payments.
Support management in other office and administrative functions as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in payment collection, accounts, or office administration.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related field (preferred)
