Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized

Office Assistant

to support daily administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth office operations, assist various departments, and ensure an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning. Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff. Manage and organize office supplies and equipment inventory. Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services. Maintain cleanliness and order in office common areas. Assist staff with documentation, printing, and formatting tasks. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance needs.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in office administration is a plus. 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
