The Office Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative, coordination, and office support activities to ensure smooth office operations. The role requires strong organisational skills, handling documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of sales quotations, proforma invoices, and related commercial documents.
Payment follow-up with customers and coordination with the accounts team.
Handling administrative work such as filing, documentation, and record maintenance.
Coordination with sales, dispatch, production, and logistics teams.
Maintaining customer records, PO tracking, and order status follow-ups.
Assisting in dispatch documentation (delivery challans, invoices, courier follow-ups).
Handling email communication with customers and vendors.
Supporting management with day-to-day office operations and reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of sales and commercial processes.
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Qualification & Experience
Graduation in any discipline (preferred)
1-4 years of experience in Office Administration / Executive role
Experience in a manufacturing / Industrial setup is an added advantage

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?345,000.00 per year
