Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greeting guests, answering phones, directing calls, managing visitor logs, maintaining a clean reception area. Scheduling & Coordination: Managing executive calendars, booking travel, scheduling meetings and events, arranging logistics. Administrative Support: Handling incoming/outgoing mail/emails, data entry, filing, photocopying, preparing reports/presentations, managing office supplies. Record & Database Management: Maintaining accurate company records, databases, and confidential information. Financial Support: Processing invoices, managing expenses, petty cash, and basic bookkeeping. Departmental Support: Assisting HR (onboarding, records) and Finance (expenses, reports).
