We are seeking a responsible and proactive Office Executive to manage daily office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. The candidate should be willing to travel as required and assist with basic office hospitality duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
Handle filing, documentation, and record maintenance
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Attend to phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Support management with clerical and coordination tasks
Travel locally for official work such as document submission, bank visits, courier, and coordination with authorities
Prepare and serve tea/coffee to office staff and visitors as required
Ensure cleanliness and basic upkeep of pantry and office areas
Perform any other office-related duties as assigned by management
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate (preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for official purposes
Polite, punctual, and well-groomed
Ability to multitask and follow instructions
Experience:
Fresher or 2-5 years of relevant office experience preferred
