Administrative Support
Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and office communications professionally.
Documentation & Data Management Maintain accurate records, databases, and company documents. Prepare meeting minutes, memos, and official letters. Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic accounting tasks.
