Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, members, staff, and service providers.
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for meetings and initiatives.
Provide coordination support for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain membership records, communication databases, and society documentation.
Coordinate with backend support teams and committee/sub-committee members as needed.
Interact with members, handle queries, and provide timely assistance.
Draft and send out communications, newsletters, and notices to members and databases.
Liaise with digital teams and vendors for website updates, social media, webinars, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with agencies for event and webinar planning and execution.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth execution of projects and organizational initiatives.
Requirements & Skills
This is a full time (Monday to Saturday), in-office role at the office. Office is located in Lower Parel.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or executive support roles. Experience of working in healthcare or an industry association would be a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital communication tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively and work with multiple stakeholders.
Pleasant personality, with a positive attitude and professional demeanour.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
