The Office Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and office support tasks to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, supporting management, and maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital).
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry.
Support HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and housekeeping.
Assist new employees with onboarding formalities when required.
Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Prior experience as Office Executive / Office Assistant / Admin role is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
