is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Back Office Executive
to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in billing, invoicing, and office administration. This role requires effective communication skills, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to handle client coordination and general office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices and billing statements accurately and on time.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and assist with accounting entries, GST working, and acknowledge.
Follow up with clients regarding payments, queries, and other communication.
Manage and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
Oversee general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams when required.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing software/tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Tally.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Must reside within 5 km of the office location.
Educational qualification: Minimum Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration preferred.
