Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Handle office correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.
Oversee scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Billing Management
Preparing invoices for clients based on the services availed
Sending reminders to clients upon delays in payment
Receiving, organising and updating incoming payments from clients
Identifying and resolving issues with income processing, such as discrepancies, billing errors or late payments
Identifying opportunities to streamline payment processing using software and business process automation
Client & Vendor Interaction
Handle inquiries from clients and vendors professionally.
Coordinate with external agencies for service or maintenance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1 years of experience in office administration or executive roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in record-keeping and data management.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
