The Office Executive will be responsible for assisting in tendering and contracting activities. The primary role includes understanding tender documents, preparing and compiling documents for RFQs, and maintaining related records. The candidate should have a basic understanding of English (reading and comprehension) and be proficient in Microsoft Word.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and understand tender/RFQ documents.
Prepare and organize tender and contract-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for required inputs and submissions.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of tenders and correspondence.
Assist in data entry, formatting, and editing of documents in Microsoft Word.
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (minimum).
Basic understanding of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer operations.
Preferred:
Experience in tendering, documentation, or office administration will be an added advantage
