We are looking for a responsible and organized
Office Executive
to handle day-to-day administrative and coordination activities in our
logistics and cargo company
. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to support office and operational functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office administration and daily documentation work.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and delivery teams.
Prepare and maintain shipment records, invoices, and delivery documents.
Attend phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Update data in systems, Excel sheets, and registers.
Follow up with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Assist in billing, POD tracking, and shipment status updates.
Maintain proper filing and office records.
Requirements:
Male candidates only.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle pressure.
Organized, punctual, and responsible work attitude.
Experience in logistics or cargo operations is an advantage.
