We, Philips Engineering Services, are URGENTLY recruiting candidates for the post of

Office Executive

at our Corporate Office in Trivandrum.

:

Candidate will be responsible for overall Office activities specially Time Office Keeping

across all our work sites with an employee strength of about 2000 employees. Work shall include Time Office Management, employee management and various office works from time to time. Other Admin works will also be allotted to the candidate from time to time.

Candidate should have good experience in this domain. Candidate should also be proficient in MS Office. Work may require occasional travelling to our work sites in Maharastra/Odisha/Madhya Pradesh

Qualification:

MBA or equivalent

Experience:

minimum 05 years of industrial experience

having dealt with time office keeping of over 1000 workmen

Age:

Below 35yrs
