Manage front-desk operations: calls, visitors, scheduling, and office coordination.
Act as a personal assistant to management (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, documentation, follow-ups).
Maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
Support in basic HR/admin tasks as required.
Assist with client communication and office management.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Graduate with good communication & organizational skills.
Fluency in English & Malayalam.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Basic)
