Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Office Executive

to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management. Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Support HR functions, including recruitment assistance and onboarding. Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:



Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or executive role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proficiency in Tally will be an added advantage.

Must have his/her own Laptop.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
