Rezmytrip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a

Back Office Executive

to join our

Domestic Operations

team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. Freshers with the right attitude are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle domestic booking operations and data entry tasks. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for booking confirmations. Maintain accurate records of client bookings and follow-ups. Prepare and manage invoices, travel itineraries, and reports. Ensure smooth communication and timely execution of daily operational tasks. Provide backend support to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:



Education:

Graduate (any stream).

Experience:

0-2 years in back office, travel, or operations roles (freshers welcome).

Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
