Apply for relevant tenders, manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace) applications, and prepare competitive quotations for submission to clients and government departments.
Ensure high-quality communication in English--both written and spoken--for all correspondence, tender documentation, and negotiation with stakeholders.
Demonstrate fluency in computer operations, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet browsing, and working with government and private procurement portals.
Exhibit strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to confidently interact, negotiate, and build relationships with companies, vendors, and procurement officials.
Maintain and update tender trackers, documentation databases, and follow up regularly on tender statuses and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of documents and necessary compliance requirements.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated on sector-specific portals and government procurement guidelines.
Manage and organize digital and physical records related to tenders, quotations, vendor registrations, and all compliance-related paperwork.
Support management by preparing periodic reports on bidding activity, tender win/loss ratios, and suggestions for improvement.
Perform any other office executive duties as assigned, ensuring smooth business and procurement operations.
