We are looking for a proactive and highly organized
Office Executive - Founder's Office
to support the Founder in day-to-day operations, coordination, and administrative management. This role requires strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder's daily schedule, meetings, travel plans, and follow-ups
Act as a point of coordination between the Founder and internal teams/vendors
Handle official correspondence, emails, documents, and reports
Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and data summaries as required
Maintain office records, files, and confidential information
Coordinate office operations, supplies, and basic administration
Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure
Support HR, finance, and operations tasks as assigned by the Founder
Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives of the Founder's Office
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
1-4 years of experience as Office Executive / Executive Assistant / Admin role
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email tools
Good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
