. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Monitor stock levels, forecast requirements, and coordinate timely replenishment.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders.
Maintain organized filing and documentation for stock, invoices, and other office records.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Generate reports on stock status, usage trends, and discrepancies.
Assist in office administration tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding stock management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock control and office efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven experience in office administration and inventory/stock management.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
