Key Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration and coordination activities
Maintain trainee records, attendance, assessments, and MIS data
Data entry and updating records on portals (NSDC / PMKVY / State Skill Portals)
Prepare reports, letters, emails, and official documents
Maintain files, registers, and documentation as per scheme guidelines
Coordinate with trainers, mobilization team, and management
Support batch formation, enrolment, and certification processes
Operate computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
Maintain confidentiality of trainee and institute data
Assist during inspections, audits, and monitoring visits
Follow compliance and reporting requirements of skill development schemes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma (any stream preferred)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet operations
Good typing speed and data accuracy
Basic knowledge of MIS and online portals (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in office administration or data handling
Experience in Skill Training Institutes / NGO / Education sector preferred
Salary:
As per experience and industry standards
