The Office Executive will handle administrative and clerical functions to support the smooth operations of the manufacturing plant. The role involves coordination between departments, record-keeping, documentation, and basic support to production, purchase, and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily records related to production, dispatch, raw materials, and inventory.
Prepare and manage documentation for gate passes, purchase requests, and vendor follow-ups.
Handle communication between departments such as production, store, purchase, and accounts.
Assist in maintaining compliance documents like safety logs, manpower attendance, and statutory records.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and service providers for delivery and service updates.
Handle phone calls, emails, courier dispatch, and filing of important documents.
Support HR in attendance monitoring, shift scheduling, and leave records.
Manage administrative activities like office supply inventory, travel arrangements, and canteen requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and update records regularly using Excel or ERP systems.
Ensure general cleanliness, office discipline, and workplace organization.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of plant/production office operations.
Good communication in English and Hindi.
Strong command over MS Excel, Word, and email.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP - preferred).
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in a manufacturing setup or industrial unit.
Team coordination and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of basic accounting, purchase, and store processes.
