Job Title: Office Executive - Real Estate Company Location: Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1-3 years (Real Estate preferred) Key Skills: MS Excel, Tally, Communication, Coordination, Administration --- Job Summary The Office Executive will handle day-to-day administrative, accounting, and coordination tasks within a real estate office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and basic office operations, with excellent organizational and communication skills. --- Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Management Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies, documents, and records. Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally. Assist in scheduling meetings, property visits, and appointments for sales teams. Maintain and update property listings, client databases, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams. Accounting & Documentation Maintain financial records and entries using Tally ERP. Assist with billing, invoicing, receipts, and petty cash management. Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and reconcile daily transactions. Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting. Data Management & Reporting Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and other data summaries using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formatting, etc.). Maintain accurate records of clients, site visits, agreements, and payments. Track expenses and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Coordination & Support Liaise with sales, marketing, accounts, and property management teams. Support executives and management in day-to-day tasks and project follow-ups. Ensure smooth workflow and communication across departments. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime. Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Prior experience in real estate office operations (preferred). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
