Office Assistant
to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth office functioning by handling clerical tasks, data entry, documentation, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
Maintain records, registers, and office files accurately.
Perform data entry and maintain databases.
Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and stationery.
Coordinate with staff and departments as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide support during meetings, events, and admissions if required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office workspace.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Previous experience in an office environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
