Maintain customer records and update data.
Resolve customer issues and escalate when required.
Maintain a database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter.
Maintain up to date knowledge as well as a working knowledge of other products offered in the branch.
Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally.
Verify documents and customer identity.
